Our stay started with a lovely welcome which included delicious scones, jam and cream. The weekend continued in this vein. Eileen and Tom could not have done more. The breakfasts were scrumptious, the room cosy and comfortable and the house and garden gorgeously maintained in the style of the late 1800s. Highly recommended!! Janet K

My husband and I were fortunate enough to receive a Birthday voucher from my friend for our 60th, to stay at Barnsley House, Beechworth. My friend joined me for our stay during the Harvest Festival weekend. (May 18th) Eileen and Steve made us most welcome with scones and cream and tea or coffee on our arrival. Their B&B was delightful.... More

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Barnsley House. Eileen and Steve were very hospitable and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The house and garden are beautiful and the breakfasts are great.

We have just returned from a mid-week break at this charming B & B in beautiful Beechworth. Our lovely hosts Eileen and Steve provided every comfort, and were so hospitable and welcoming that we didn't want to leave. The B & B is lovely, the breakfasts are delicious (don't forget to try 'Ron's relish') and the garden is a picture... More

Had a fantastic time at beautiful Barnsley B&B with the girlfriend, made even better with perfect sunny weather. Both Eileen and Steve were incredibly hospitable and provided above-excellent service to all guests. The house itself was lovely and a very quiet retreat to relax in. Lovely served breakfast, great company and we WILL be back :) Thank you.

Had an amazing weekend at this beautiful B&B! We live in Nunawading and it was quiet a drive to Beechworth on a Friday night, but Steve & Eileen were more than happy to wait up for us until 10-10.30pm at night for our arrival. From the moment Steve opened the front door they went above and beyond to accommodate us.... More

Had a delightful stay at the house - the quality accommodation (including in-room spa bath), handy location, lovely breakfast and engaging hosts. Second to none. We look forward to our next visit. Well done Steve and Eileen!

We stayed as a couple in April and would thoroughly recommend this B&B, the new hosts Eileen and Steve have only recently taken over and are doing a magnificent job. They are friendly and willing to go out of their way to do anything they can to assist you. We are definitely going to try and get back there again... More

Fantastic Service, beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious and tomato relish was a hit! Definitely recommend Barnsley House for anyone who is looking for a tranquil weekend away.
