We stayed here after googling accommodation in Frankston. 3 star rating by RACV. Booked $110 ensure double room. Given tour of the b&b on arrival. It was clean, quiet & great value for money. Would stay here again. Thanks

I stayed in this Bed and B........ Sorry Breakfast - Whats that - Oh yes - That was the dehydrated stale cereal in the open plastic container. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms a throwback to the 70's - and as a result - I was left with a very sour taste in my mouth. Don't stay here !!!

I made a reservation for Frankston B&B through checkin.com.au website. First of all we arrived here at 12.40pm and our check in time was 12.30pm. Your website specifically says we can check in at 12pm. When we arrived at 12.40pm the house keeper said the room was not ready and to come back in one hour time. Was so inconvenient... More
