The studio apartment was just like our holiday bach; very comfortable for some holiday days. Appreciated free internet, own TV, unlimited tea and plunger coffee and the kangaroos next door. Excellent value.

This place is definitely a home from home. Straight away on arrival we were made to feel at home. The rooms were basic but comfy, it was great to have free access to internet. The shared amentities were clean and plentiful. The choice of tea in the morning was pretty impressive! A great location with a great feel about it.

What a nice place! It is more of a B&B (do your own breakfast) than a hostel, if you stay in private roooms. It is nice and cosy, the kangaroos comes ine the evening to grass and even if Tim was away, the interrim keeper was extremely helpfull and pleasant.

My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the double rooms with shared bathroom in January 2012. We had a great time here! It was my first stay at a backpacker's and I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and proximity to various attractions!! Also, Tim was amiable and knowledgeable, offering us maps and recommended sites to visit. Great eco-hostel not far from town, a nice comfortably small property with spacious rooms. Met some great positive people there, and it was nice not being too busy as it is winter.
