My husband and I stayed here with our small dog. It is very difficult to find pet friendly hotels that are clean, but that was not the case here. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Cathi checked us in and could not have been nicer. We will stay here again for future visits. more

Have stayed here several times to visit my daughter at Vanderbilt. Somewhat disappointed this time. Used my Hilton points for a free stay and got a very small room - seemed smaller than any I had before. Although it was not that crowded, always seemed to be a line at the front desk. If you are planning on visiting Vanderbilt University or listening to Country music at the Exit/In, this is a great hotel within walking distance of both. The rooms were wonderful and staff was very nice. Free Parking too!! more

I stayed at this Hampton Inn for one night while on business. My room was on the third floor. The room was large with 2 beds, separate chair along with a desk and chair. This hotel was clean, quiet and convenient to West End sites by foot or car. It's an easy 5 minute ride to downtown. The staff was polite and helpful in helping us choose a retaurant - Rotier's is a one minute walk across the street. Breakfast was plentiful and everything was hot and fresh. The location of the hotel for me on this trip was good and the primary deciding factor. It was however a short drive to many touristy areas of Nashville so this hotel would make a good hub too. We stayed at the Hampton Suites for two weeks following a serious operation my wife had at Vanderbilt Hospital. The room was very comfortable, excellent beds, full kitchen, continental breakfast each morning, coffee all day. Also made good use of the health facility. Very close to many excellent restaurants.
