We walked into one room and were disgusted by the mold, smell, and darkness as a result of the jail size window. We asked for another room and it was just as bad. So, we asked for our money back (no problems there because they understood) and went to another hotel. Do not waste your special vacation at this hotel! more

I do not know what people are complaining about. The pool was crystal clear and warm, the atrium was cold when you got out of pool but the staff turned up the heaters for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the location was great. My group looks forward to going back next year. more

Corridors were dark, smelly, and creepy. We went up one stairwell that had large plastic garbage cans on the steps collecting mildewy water. Pool water was cloudy with no hint of chlorine! Bathroom did not have a fan so the tiled floor became dangerously slick. more

Good location, close to downtown without being downtown. Quiet and away from the downtown commotion with very quick and easy access to the district. Downtown within walking distance and also easy to catch a cab. About $7 one way for 2 people. Hotel staff were frienly and helpful. Continental breakfast was appreciated.
