Very accommodating staff, genuine in their appeals. Rooms are a little too basic. Good place for a business meeting though. Strengths - great location, shuttle to the Gaylord Hotel and OpryMIlls, nice customer service associates, bed slept well, and nice lobby. Weaknesses - carpet needs replacing, few channels on outdated TV, entire room needs updating. If you go for the strengths listed, you will enjoy yourself.
