If you are looking for a hotel with a great location, great service, cleanliness and friendly staff, look no further. While I often stay at Marriatt properties during my business travels, this hotel was on par with some of the best that I have every had the pleasure of staying. Everything is withing walking distance and the staff was very... more

Great place to stay if you desire proximity to Vanderbilt. You're right on top of the stadium and a short walk to Sarratt Student Center. It is a minute's walk to several above average chain restaurants (PF Chang's, J Alexanders), a Starbucks and a Borders. A slightly longer walk gets you to the Parthenon, Elliston Place, and smaller, boutique restaurants.... more

We stayed at this hotel when we attended Parents' Weekend at Belmont University. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. The Vanderbilt football stadium is literally steps from the side doors. Happily, there was no game when we were there and all was quiet! If you want to avoid crowds in the fall, I would suggest checking the... more

Having just had a stellar stay at a Marriott (the resort in Vail, CO) I was underwhelmed by this plain-wrap version. Yes, the beds are comfortable. But there, the resemblance ends. Just another tired chain hotel with the typical amenities. One exception is the fitness facility which is definitely above-average -- it's large, clean and has adequate equipment, including free... more

Front desk staff is very helpful and always greets you with a smile when you return. Valet is quick. The food inside is just ok but many places to eat nearby. PF Changs is right out the door. I would tell anyone to stay here and I will again. more

This is the best option closest to Vanderbilt unless you want to pay a lost more bucks to stay at the Loews. I only wish it had been on the other side of the University closer to the Hillsboro Village. Its a far far walk from the hotel to the village. Take a cab. more

I have stayed here multiple times. It would be nice if the rest of the staff was as customer oriented as the valet staff. They are awesome. The front desk is either hit or miss and rarely make you feel welcome but I have gotten used to that. The staff in the concierge lounge is wonderful. They always make you... more

We used Priceline to find our hotel for our trip. When we were looking for our hotel we looked at a place with free wi-fi and also free parking and what we got was having to pay 10 bucks a night for 24 hours of internet service, 4 bucks if you wanted the bottle of water in the room, there... more
