I paid all my fees, including deposit as demanded at tme of check-in. The room was less than desirable, so I even left before the week was over though I had paid for the entire week. I provided the required written advanced notification of departure and was told I would receive my $100.00 refund by 11/03/03--which was almost 30 days after I checked out of the motel. As of today, I still have not received that refund. I telephoned the place I stayed and was given 2 phone numbers to call and a web site. I telephoned as directed, but did not get to SPEAK to anyone. The recorded message indicates it will take an additional 45-60 days for the refund. The Web address contains no place for requesting refunds.I feel I have really been ABUSED by this company! more
