I ended up staying at this hotel through a Priceline, 3 star purchase. I will disagree with Priceline to this being a downtown/Vanderbilt/West End hotel. You can see downtown, but you can see the skyline of Nashville if you're parts of Bellevue or Brentwood as well. The lobby was nice, and the staff was friendly. The hotel seems to be... more

I have been staying at the Millennium Maxwell House, while I was visiting Nashville ,the overall impression that I had, was the hotel was spacious, clean, and the staff was very attentive, and polite,I went in to my room, which was located at the 9th floor, and the view from the elevator to the city was spectacular, got in my room,... more

No complimentary coffee, $1.00 per cup. Must pay for local calls. Horrible tv. Website says whirlpool and inside pool, they had neither. I have stayed at motels for $75 per night that were a lot nicer, and cleaner. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even my worst enemy. more

We stayed at this hotel for five nights whilst we were in Nashville for the CMA Music Festival (which was great!). The hotel was OK on the whole but a few things didn't impress us. The walls between the rooms were very thin and we got to enjoy the TV of the room next door as well as listening to... more

As a recent member of TripAd... I thought it important to add my least liked hotel. I do a decent amount of traveling... but the Maxwell was my worst decision. The wife and I were staying for a long weekend... I had asked in advance about early check in due to our flight arriving in the early afternoon. I hadnt... more

I got the Millennium Maxwell House in Nashville on Priceline for a fair price although i was really hoping to avoid it due to its location. The Nashville Downtown zone for Priceline is terrible as it encompasses the Vanderbilt University area and this hotel but really there should be 2 seperate zones due to the size of the area it... more

I booked our stay through Hotwire and was pretty apprehensive when I looked at some of the reviews on TripAdvisor! I was expecting a nasty hotel room in a crime laden area with surly hotel staff. Okay, it is not DOWNTOWN as listed in Hotwire. But there was a shuttle that would drop you off downtown and pick you up... more

My husband and I just needed an overnight in Nashville as we were driving through. Last year we stayed downtown at the Renaissance which had been very pleasant. When we arrived our first impression of the room was -- Has this been cleaned? I offered to go down and get a new room, but from the overall impression of the... more

I stayed at the Millenium for Business and found that the hotel overall was just okay. They tend to cater to small meeting/conventions and as a result service is slow. Rooms were okay, rugs and bathrooms needed updating. The beds however were very comfortable and the hotel provided nice toiletries. Towels where skimppy as were the face cloths. Would I... more

Just returned from this hotel for one night. The Lobby looks good but the rooms could use some work. Mostly the carpet. We stayed in Room # 436 and the carpet was dirty. The bathroom area is small and the sink is not located in the bathroom. As I walked by some of the other rooms during cleaning time it... more
