Right downtown, close to everything. The rooms were nice. My only complaint about my room was although my reservations were for a king size bed, I got at room with 2 doubles, but it was a huge convention. more

Its not the most central hotel in Nashville but close to it being only within 15 minutes walk from of Downtown (if that's your thing), the Riverside venue and the Sommet Centre, 20 minutes from the Hall of Fame and 30 minutes to LP Field for the evening shows. I did my trip without a car as a UK visitor... more

check in was prompt, front desk very courteous. We drove down from Pittsburgh and decided to self park (which the valet advised us to do) thus saving the exorbitant valet parking $27/day fees. Parking was across the street and plentiful. I emailed the concierge and asked for a mini fridge, extra pillows and towels. Happily, everything we requested was waiting... more

This hotel guaranteed us a $5o amazon.com gift card if we used a visa to reserve the room. We did that and when we asked for the gift card at checkout- per the instructions on our confirmation page, the manager, Jessica Roland, told us that we had to stay an extra night to get the gift card. She told me... more

A very comfortable, smart downtown location, with traffic and no bloody parking available which forces you to use the parking attendant service @ $27 a day. Service overall is rushed - the hotel guest-to-staff ratio is too great for the Marriott team to deliver the quality and attentiveness of service that the company is known for elsewhere. But it's in... more

Recently went to Nashville to see Cirque du Soleil. WONDERFUL! But splurged and stayed in the Marriott. This cost us $160 with tax. When we got there, we tried to log on to internet to check on some things and found out to get internet access we'd have to pay an additional $14 a night. I feel that when you... more

By far the best thing that this property has going for it is the location. Have stayed here numerous times and it is quite a difference from when there is a convention happening and when there is not. If there is, beware because it could take you 15 minutes just to get an elevator either in the lobby or on... more

We stayed here two nights at the end of our road trip and I wish we had chosen a different hotel. The hotel itself is very nice but it was hosting a convention and was completely booked. We spent far too much time waiting for elevators. We had booked two rooms (requesting them next to each other). When we checked... more

The very best thing about this hotel is without question its location! Within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and clubs, even on a chilly night the walk back to the hotel is bearable. But after that there is not much to brag about this hotel, except for one thing: the guys at the concierge were very accommodating to... more

I attended a conference in the attached convention center. Stayed at this hotel because of the convention rates. Nice hotel and location. Hotel is branded a Mariott which I liked because I get the rewards points. Parking garage across the street connected by sky bridge. Typical nice convention hotel catering to business people. There are a few places you can... more
