Mountain Crest Inn
My mom and I stayed in this hotel with my 3 year old son as a 1/2 way point on our drive to Florida. We stayed in room 101 which was disgusting! The carpet felt damp and after being in the room for close to 1 hour, my son's feet were black! We had a room with two beds and when we pulled the sheets back on BOTH beds, we found lots of hair on each bed! The mattress pad cover was hanging over the edge on one of the beds and had a dark brown spot that looked like dried up blood. There was cat food along the edge of one of the beds. We went to the pool and the pool was ok but the room was very dark. The hot tub was hot but had water on the outside of it with green stuff that looked like algae in it. The bathroom was outdated with old blue tile but was probably the cleanest although the shower head let out a ear piercing squeal.
