I booked a 2 night stay directly with this hotel for April 2008, about a month in advance. A few days before we left I decided to call them, make sure everything was okay, double check the address, etc. To my surprise, the guy said he could not find my reservation. I wanted to give my confirmation number, but he said the computer wasn't working right then, and to call back the next day and talk to the manager. I went to their hotel chain website, put in my confirmation number - and it said there was no reservation for me. Panicked, I spent the rest of the evening looking at websites of other hotels in town, and everything was booked, or only had smoking rooms. So I made reservations at a town about 15 miles away from Oak Ridge.
