We have stayed at Super 8 Motels routinely due to the cost benefit, but this hotel lacks in many respects. The staff is friendly enough, but they lack in so many areas otherwise. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and they had a nice breakfast. This hotel is located near the entrance to Dollywood, which makes it convenient to enter Dollywood or the Smokey Mountains. We stayed at this motel for 2 days Oct 10 and 11. Everything was wonderful. Granted the motel needs some updating but things are so clean. The front desk people are so nice and friendly, making you laugh all the time. Just an all around great place to stay. We will never stay anywhere else when in Pigeon Forge. more

My wife and 2 grand daughters stayed at Super 8 Aug 4 - 6 of 2007. The room was very clean and was serviced daily with no problems. Very reasonable rates. The desk clerks ( Betsy and Donna) were great. The only problem was the hot tub was broken but they said they had to order a part for it.... more
