I have to say that everyone in the office was very helpful and friendly. The house looked nice, but when one member of our party pulled back her sheets, she saw blood. I stayed with Inthe Smokies, the people at check-in are very helpful gave us back roads to get around the traffic and thats great especially when you have a small child.the directions are written out step by step to get you straight to the cabin..
