We have been coming to Pigeon Forge since my daughter (who is now 20) was born. We always stayed at the same hotel. Last year upon arrival, we found it ran down so bad that had they said we could stay for free, we would've had to decline. So we started our search for a hotel. Keep in mind this... more

We checked in on Sunday and was greeted with friendly faces and coutious staff. The office was clean as the rooms where. The owner, Bob, was very informative on things going on in the area and things for future visits. Service staff went over and beyond with helping us out. I would recommend this Inn to anyone. Also, we will... more

We just got back from Pigeon Forge and we stayed two nights at the lazy bear. We tried other hotels first but the price was way too high. I knocked on the door of this place about 3am and the guy was real nice and said come on in. The rate was not high, they had a flat screen tv with... more

This is a newly renovated hotel. The room was very clean with very comfortable beds. It is located right on the strip so that everything is easily accessible. more

Affordable, friendly staff, good sized, clean pool, very clean - newly refurbished rooms with flat screen tv's, very comfortable beds and pillows - overall great stay. The only negative things I can think of that might be a problem for some are that the rooms are a little small and there are no hair dryers, clocks or irons in the... more

Overall a very nice, clean room. Large flat screen LCD tv which was a surprise to see in the room. Comfortable clean beds. Very nice bathroom and shower. Lots of marble like countertops and shower walls. We were very surprised to walk in the room and find it to be so nice and clean. Rate was plus too, extremely cheap... more

Upon check-in, we were handed a TV remote control that we were told to bring back upon check-out. Apparently, remote control theft is a big problem? This is an older hotel, and it is a bit stinky. I might suggest purchasing some Febreze, as we did. The carpet was in need of some cleaning, and the bathroom smelled of stale... more

We stayed here this past weekend for one night. After some of the bad reviews, we were afraid of what we were going to get. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this motel. There is nothing fancy about it, but you also get a clean, comfortable room for a very good price. We will absolutely stay here again! more

We stayed at Lazy Bear for 2 nights in March 2009, and were pleasantly surprised. We had a King bed room above the office, and paid $30 per night, it was a GREAT rate!! The room was nice and clean and smelled good. The bed was comfortable, and they had a flat screen TV in the room which was nice.... more
