What a huge mistake to choose this hotel. We stayed in the family suite which was big and had a great view. However, the room was filthy, dusty, dirty and the beds were very old and uncomfortable. We have stayed at the Music Road Inn before and have enjoyed it, but The Music Road Hotel is awful. Even the hot... more

My wife and I have been wanting to try the Music Road for a while and couldn't pass up this chance for only $69 a night...thats for a room with a view, king size bed, and jacuzzi!! We were not disapointed at all. We stay in Pigeon Forge several times a year and have stayed at many hotels and motels,... more

Last easter weekend we drove to Gatlinburg and hadn't made hotel reservations. It wasn't until we got there that we realized how busy it would be on a holiday weekend. We ended up looking for a hotel and being picky travelers that once we got there we were a little dissapointed in the outside of most of the hotels in... more

Honestly, we have to say....it wasn't all that. It was just o.k. The pictures look... more

Music Road Hotel has everything needed for a wonderful trip. Everything is super clean and I am a very particular person. Nice roomy room with big thick towels-super clean beds. Breakfast was great-most anything you could want. Nice view of the river-very friendly staff-beautiful lobby with coffee-large balcony outside the lobby with rocking chairs. Probably the quietest place we have... more

I don't even know where to begin... My husband and I come to Pigeon Forge atleast once a year at christmas time to see all the holiday decorations and the mountains. This year we decided we would stay at the Music Road Hotel after seeing it for the past several years of visting the area. The minute we stepped in... more

Cleanliness is the most important thing to me when I stay in a hotel. This hotel was clean beyond my expectations. It smelled very clean in the entire facility.I felt for the cost of the room it was exceedingly sufficient. If you are and excercise buff you may be a little disappointed. The excercise room could use an upgrade. The foyer... more

We booked a jacuzzi room at $174 a night and couldn't use the in-room jacuzzi the first night due to the drain plug being missing. Maintenance staff tried to find one to fit for a couple of hours, returning several times with different ones to try, and finally did but by then it was 10pm and time for our young... more

The Music Road Hotel is the nicest hotel we have stayed in at PF or anywhere we have visited. It is very luxurious, spacious and very clean. For the money and size of room, the MRH is a great value, especially during the week or if you can get a discount. Our room had an in room jacuzzi which was... more

This has to be the best hotel in Pigeon Forge! We stayed there for 3 days and didn't want to leave. In fact, we had planned to do more sightseeing, but enjoyed the hotel so much that we spent much more time there than we had originally planned. I don't think you could find a friendly or more helpful staff... more
