We had one of the newly renovated rooms. Double queen non smoking. The beds are very, very, firm. The room was very clean. You get a normal size refrigerator. The staff was friendly and if you needed anything, they tried to accomadate you immediately. Our air conditioning unit went out and they had it replaced while we were at Dollywood.... more

i would not let my dog stay there we checked in and got a room the had a 2" gap under the door got a different room and it was just bad . when we went back to the front to check out then they offered a redone room but didnt stay ran very fast dont stay here more

Room was small and mediocre. Was right in the middle of all the action on the strip. Parking is such that only select rooms have parking convenient located, otherwise you have to drag your things all around and up stairs or in the elevator. I had a very enjoyable stay at the "Americana". The Staff was Great! Hi to "Sam", Sheila and Margaret who took care of me while I was there. They are currently under new management and have redone some of the rooms.The rooms are reasonably priced 49.00 per night and for the price, it was certainly worth it! more
