I have stayed at James Manor several times. I always find the staff helpful and friendly. The rooms clean and the service great. The location is very convientant to the attractoion of pigeon forge. I would definately recommend this place. more

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Easy to find, but traffic can be a nightmare. Has both indoor and outdoor pool. Also had fitness center and small arcade. Breakfast was better than many continental breakfasts. Every room had it's own balcony and all hallways are indoors. Go cart track next door. Close to many other attractions. more

The room was in good repair and extremely clean. New carpet. Very comforable beds. Everything it needs to be a 4 star hotel except maybe a new flat screen TV.
