I guess I've been spoiled. In the past I have stayed in timeshares in the area that had a mountain charm feel to them. This is a two story townhouse just like in any neighborhood. I went up with my family for Thanksgiving weekend to shop. This room was great, lots of room, and great location for shopping and attractions. This is a one of the best hotels I have ever been to, would and did tell every one I knew about this place. I will also be back next thanksgiving for another great stay.... more

Very quiet, clean, and convenient to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Gameroom leaves something to be desired. The pool table was a rip-off (balls missing), w/ limited outdated games but overall the accomodations were quite comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. more
