My family had stayed at the Regency Inn before and it was great. We always go to Pigeon Forge on Mother's Day weekend to relax and just have some fun. We don't budget alot for our hotel so we can do other things. This has always been a nice place to stay for a lot less than the other hotels.... more

I don't know where these other people are talking about because I have never had a bad experience with this motel. We stay there everytime we go to Pigeon Forge which is about 4 times a year. 11/10/08 My husband and I only stayed in it because there were no other vancant hotels in the area. This place is old, yes the rug was dirty, what hotel are the rugs not dirty in? Everything else was clean and I have stayed 3 diffarent times. Sheets were clean, no bugs. There was some drunk people talking loud one night, not fighting just talking so it did not bother me. The people running the place are real nice.... more
