We booked our trip with Smokies Express Vacations. They were so helpful in helping us plan our vacation to Pigeon Forge. They included all the tickets we wanted and had the actual tickets waiting at the hotel for us when we arrived. No hassel. We started with a not so good experience at another motel. The staff at Best Western were great about helping us in a pinch. What a difference we found at this hotel vs. the motel right next door.
