We were looking for a place to stay on our way home from the Smoky Mountains and wanted to visit Fall Creek Falls State Park. The park could not gaurantee us a reservation so we located this B&B in the AAA Guide Book. Doug was exceptional at accomodating us for our one night stay! It was all quickly handled over... more

If you are looking for a quiet and cozy stay at Fall Creek Falls, Doug and Rita Pruett's B&B is the place to stay and is located just a few minutes from Fall Creek Falls State Park. Doug greeted us by name at the door. After check in and a tour of the house, we were told to make ourselves... more

It was pouring rain and cold and they didn't even want to let us in. Received very cold reception and it went downhill from there. They made it clear most of the place is 'off limits' but we were welcome to coffee or tea if we could figure out how to make it ourselves. Keep your door shut, be quiet,... more

This B&B is nestled in the heart of Tennessee, right next to the state's jewel of a state park, Fall Creek Falls. It's an ideal place for communing with nature, de-stressing, 2nd Honeymoon(s) or just plain relaxation. The accommodations are superb, the breakfasts marvelous and the hospitality exceptional. Thus, "Southern Comfort" of the non-alcoholic variety. Brenda & Jerry Jasper, IN more

Rita and Doug did everything right. They showed great concern for us and the comfort of our stay. They would make excellent neighbors, especially if Doug invites one over for breakfast. The room we stayed in was generous in size and the inn was designed as a B & B with wide halls and wide doorways. They seem to have... more

We're from St. Louis, and originally read in a magazine some of the top free state parks to visit in the country. Fall Creek Falls in... more

This is the most magnificent place we've ever visited! Doug and Rita are incredible hosts and make us feel so very welcome and at home. Our first experience here was the sweet little cabin which was so relaxing after retiring from owning a resort 25 years. Subsequently, we have returned every year in July and stayed in different rooms at... more

If you have ever wanted to try a B&B, this is the B&B for you. My wife and I have celebrated our anniversary here for the last 12 years. We have stayed at numerous B&B's, 4 star hotels, taken several cruises and this B&B is among the best. We have never enjoyed any place as much as Fall Creek Falls... more

My daughter and I enjoyed two (2) nights at the Fall Creek Falls Bed & Breakfast. Following a never-to-be-forgotten breakfast topped with innkeeper Doug's famous apple cider syrup, we hiked the trails, peeked into numerous caves, and swam in the spring-fed creeks of the State Park. We enjoyed a quiet Sunday morning in the sunroom overlooking the sloping meadows behind... more
