We checked in here late in the evening. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The room and the bathroom were well-stocked and clean. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the following morning. We also joined the Hilton Honors program while we were here. Looking forward to staying at Hilton/ Hampton again in the future.

We have always had a great stay here. Location is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge but also has easy Interstate access. There are several quality restaurants near-by and the indoor pool is nice. The breakfast was very good saving us money on going out to eat.

Family weekend trip, stayed here for the indoor pool. Rooms are clean, decent free breakfast. However the indoor pool was cold and strong chlorine smell burned our eyes. Staff did nothing to correct this.

This hampton Inn has seen its better days. This property is not bad however is in need of some repairs. This does not take away from the kind service or the friendly staff and the great value. Highly recommended! The hotel staff were very friendly and took the time to help make changes the night I arrived. The location was convenient to local shopping and eating establishments. Lastly, they support our military members and their families!

We took a church youth group here and were very happy the manager was super friendly and the breakfast selection was really incredible. The flat screen TVs in the room were also really nice amenity the beds are super comfortable and the rooms were really nice. Overall we had a great stay here.
