Checked into room, disgusted to find moldy ceiling tiles in the bathroom, dirt and blood stains on the grainte tiles of the jacuzzi. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We have 3 kids as well as a dog and all were accomodated. We had a large room that was clean. The employees were all very pleasant. My husband, myself and three kids traveled to Sevierville and found this hotel with out problems. I had made advanced reservations through the choice hotels website and got an outstanding rate for 5 nights. Older hotel, but seems recently renovated. Very clean and my feet didn't turn black. Large room with "living room" and separate TV from bedroom. Very comfortable and roomy. Only complaint would be the temperature of the spa by the swimming pool. It was not warm enough. Also needed an antifoaming agent or something. Breakfast was great and included waffles. more
