We just returned from a week's stay at Wyndham Great Smokies Lodge. The resort was beautiful and very clean. We stayed in a 3 Bedroom Presidential. The decor was lovely, kitchen nicely updated. My family rented from a Wyndham owner. We stayed in a 3 bedroom presidential suite with a view of the golf course. The suite was extremely nice! We liked the modern furnishings, the granite in the kitchen, the comfy beds and pillows...I could go on and on! My only complaint was that our key card did not open the outside... More

We stayed in a ( 2 ) bed room suite with plenty of amenities and spaces for all Seven of us, the girls had plenty of fun in the water park ,in the arkay and the adventure forest amusment the staff was nice and helpful, let me put it this way it was outstanding

This resort is GREAT! The facilities are nice, the staff is nice, we were multiple multi-generational families in two rooms and all of our accommodations were GREAT! We stayed at the Great Smokies Lodge for 4 nights during spring break. We have stayed here one time 2 years ago and we once again enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a 2BR Presidential Suite which was very spacious and comfortable. We have three girls 6, 12 and 15. They enjoyed the water park and adventure forest amusement area.... More

This is a beautiful resort with great amenities but all that is spoiled by the Wyndham timeshare people who act like your best friends and then saddle you with something you really don't want. If you go here enjoy the resort but STAY AWAY from the Wyndham folks. You'll be sorry! We are!

Arrived and checked in around 2pm - no problem getting right into our room. The room was VERY nice - well decorated and maintained - used the extra points to get a pool view room which guarantees a room looking out at the main outdoor waterpark and attached via skywalk to the other main buildings.
