The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the staff made the visit, extremly friendly and helpful, they make all the difference in the world. True Southern Hospitality, they were very gracious. We had just been to Memphis and didn't have a single outstanding experience with hospitality staff in that City.

The hotel rooms are nice and spacious, but I believe the housekeepers are heavy smokers because everytime they cleaned the room, my room smelled of cigarette smoke. The front desk staff was very accomdating and the lady that helps out at breakfast was phenomenal.

Duvets that are changed with each guest is something every hotel should have to do. Bed was comfortable. Price with our Senior Discount was very reasonable. Staff very friendly. Had a closet, L-shaped vanity, desk, plugs easy to access, flat screen TV and room was spacious & clean. Would stay there again.

Clean overall. Very courteous staff. Quiet although near a major highway. Good choice of restaurants nearby including a non-chain local establishment next door. Appeared well maintained for an older hotel.

Many small towns don't offer the best of accommodations, but Union City, TN does with this Hampton Inn. We felt as though we were the only guests in a brand new room. Everything was wonderful. The bed was comfy, the bathroom roomy and felt like we were at home and not in a hotel. Staff also informed us of discounts available at area restaurants using our hotel door card. Felt like home. Would recommend to anyone.

I was disappointed to find this Hampton Inn was actually a motel. I will likely not stay here again as I prefer hotels with indoor corridors. The rooms were reasonably clean and the breakfast staff could not have been more helpful.
