This is a very nice campground! The staff is friendly and helpful and the mountains are beautiful. It is close to the tail of the Dragon. We stayed here mid October in a travel trailer. Everyone from the park was very friendly and accomofating to our needs. The park was clean and had nice facilities including laundry. If your looking for the Convienance of Town,then this place is good. It's only about 15min outside of Maryville,Tn. Nice park! Great utilities with 50A power and good water and sewer! Bath house is clean and well maintained! The view of the mountain and river is spectacular!

I want to provide a different perspective. We live 100 miles from Townsend/Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. We camp here a LOT! Already this season we've stayed at Jellystone (Cosby, TN) twice and Treemont (Townsend). We've camped at at least 8 different campground in this area.
