Easy to find and access the Interstate Hwy. Close to downtown Boerne. Rooms decorated well and clean. Nice breakfast bar. All the staff are pleasant and wanting to make sure the guests are comfortable. They are pet friendly which I really appreciate. We will definitely make this Inn our number one choice when we return. more

Newest hotel in Boerne. Easy access to freeway and town. The room was very clean and quiet. Yes, there are houses very close, but unless you plan to keep your drapes open and run around the room naked, I don't see it to be a big problem. More of a problem for the homeowners, I would think. My room looked right acroos a home's bedroom and bathroom. I don't think the hotel is more then 10 feet apart from the KB homes. Very bad location. Bad view, rooms where very plain. The hotel is new but in my room the air conditioning and dead bolt do not work. The linens look as if they were not changed since the last guest. It is difficult to find. Avoid this hotel. more

This is a new hotel with construction 99.5% complete. It looked like they were still working on some rooms on the 3rd floor. I stayed for two nights in late May, 2008. The LaQuinta Inn & Suites opened about a month ago to my understanding. They made my day when they were able to offer our Company a good Corporate Rate that fit within my budget.
