Totally unprofessional experience! When we arrived, we were put in a handicap room. The phone in the sitting area was broken and was not repaired during our 3 night stay. The desk chair was also broken but did get fixed. Movies on demand -not working, fitness room closed for repairs. Breakfast items weak and often items ran out extremely early.... more
