Booked 3 rooms for family reunion. Security & hotel efficiency lax.
- Checked into room for our daughter's family since they were arriving late. Went to room to inspect and all was well. Left electronic key for her at front desk with her name on the Holiday Inn key folder. When she checked in and went to room, they gave her "keys" without checking her ID. The room had been given to someone else. The folder with key, with our daughter's name on the front, was in the room with someone elses luggage.
- One of the rooms was left open by the maid after cleaning (bolt extended) holding open door
- Bit noisy on side facing highway. Also cut lawn at 7:30 AM in front on Sunday morning. Ask for room in back
- Several of the lights were out in paking lot. Apparently were having a "circuit breaker" problem
