Customer Service was poor (actually non-existant) from check-in to departure. Rooms clean, but overpriced for quality and amentities. Computer in "Business Center" (a closet with a computer) was non-functioning. Front desk staff did not want to be bothered with such things as checking if FAXes, etc. came in. They advertise wireless connectivity. However, signal is so low throughout property (except... more

This is a motel I stayed at several times around 2003-2005. Back then it was very nice, but it's really slipped since then. First of all, housekeeping was still going on at 5:30 in the afternoon, as people were trying to get to their rooms. Ususally nice motels have a nice smell in the hallways ... this one was more... more

Having been chased out of Colorado by snow, I got as far as Dalhart before having to stop for the night. I usually make reservations ahead, but had departed Colorado so quickly that there was no time for this. So I just walked in hoping they had a room available. And they did. We had to change hotels at the last minute. This wasn't a really fancy hotel but it was clean and nice. The room was nice and the pool area was enjoyed by my family. They had a good continental breakfast and the price was right. more
