Why do the most expensive hotels charge for internet access - and in this case, access that worked sporatically. I had to end up replacing not only the wire (since wireless and wired are billed seperately, you must choose one or the other or pay twice!!!!) provided in my room, but also the in-room modem before getting any consistant service.... more

First of all, I understand that this hotel probably runs above $150-ish per night at the regular rates. However, I got a great deal on hotwire well below what you would pay to stay at even a Holiday Inn or La Quinta, so to get a "4 star" hotel at such a great price, how could I complain about anything?... more

Really liked this hotel, with complimentary shuttle service to the shopping mall, the staff were nice and they expect a good tip for serving you as this is part of their wages, they looked after us well, but make sure you do not ask a waitress from another table for something as it wont appear, (shes not getting the tip)... more
