Cute, but simple décor among all the necessary amenities made this an experience to remember - very different from most hotels, even suites. Delicious breakfast – highly recommend. There was also a nice pool encompassed by big trees and the hotel buildings. Last by not least, the hotel is right next to NorthPark Center – one of the best high-end... more

I have stayed at this hotel several times this year and always been pleased. This time the front desk informed me that there is a $6 a night parking charge - they do not tell you this when making a reservation or on the web site but pencil it in when you check in. The clerk stated that this is... more

The suite was extremely large- as big as my last apartment! It is convenient- right next to the Northpark Center and other restaurants/shopping. The staff was friendly, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and the shower is nice and large. There is a pool but it was a little cool for us to use it. Breakfast was about average but not bad. more

Stayed here with a large group of teens and families for sporting event downtown for a weekend. Hotel was nice and clean and rooms and beds comfortable but customer service was very poor. We called hotel earlier in the week to ask if they could allow us to eat breakfast 20 - 30 minutes early due to the fact that... more

Let me begin by saying we had a decent, but not an amazing nor great stay at the Hyatt Summerfield. Our flight on American arrived from Los Angeles at midnight, so we were tired and anxious to get to bed. I was traveling with my son visiting Southern Methodist University and the tour was at 10AM the next day so... more

This hotel is very convenient. Easy access to/from US75 (North Central Expressway), North Park Center, and SMU. I went to downtown museums, bars in Deep Ellum and Cedar Springs, the Galleria, Richardson, etc are all were within a 15 minute drive. My room (338) is a smaller "studio" suite, I think. Not huge but certainly adequate with a great flat-screen... more

This hotel is very nice with functional spaces and large, well-planned rooms. All rooms have a small kitchen inside. From the outside the hotel appears fairly new. The inside has been freshly renovated. Check In/Parking/Common Spaces: The person who checked me in was not rude, but not overly helpful. The lobby area is nice with new furnishings. Check in was... more

During a consulting project in the Dallas area, me and several business colleagues moved to this property from perhaps the worst Marriott property in the world (just up the expressway). After that experience, any property would have been great, but the Bradford turned out to be a most welcome change for the remaining two months we were on this project.... more

This property is scheduled to become a Hyatt hotel soon so the name will be changing. And when they were there, they were renovating the place making for a lot of noise during the daytime - even over the weekend - mixed with smell of fresh paint. That's probably temporary and travellers will benefit in the long run but it... more
