The W Hotel in Dallas is an embarrassment. Customer service is non-existent at all levels of management, all the way up to the GM that is apparently incapable of returning simple phone messages. Stay here only if you value arrogance and ambivalence. There are plenty of other much better hotel choices in the area. More
