I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Palomar Dallas. The staff was very friendly and professional, and my room was amazing (I stayed in the Luxury Suite). The Palomar is the old Hilton (complete with a re-opened Trader Vic's). Overall the staff is very young and that shows.
