We booked a room for our 5th anniversary to stay at after a day of shopping in Dallas. I can't express how very embarassed we are for our error in your room type. From what we have gathered, a part of the error was due to our reservations not being clear on the room types with a jetted tub; we have communicated this error to the reservations team for further coaching. This was my third stay at the Palomar (business) and they still have a way to go to deliver a high level of service. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Dallas. Granted, I live here, but when I someday move away and then have to come back for a visit, Palomar will be my #1 choice. We stayed at this hotel on a wedding group rate which was a steal! The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean and has very friendly staff. We truly appreicate your positive comments! Here at Hotel Palomar Dallas, we feel that we strike a truly ideal balance. Our location places us close enough to downtown for a short cab ride, but far away enough so you can rest and restore away from the noise and bustle.
