Stayed 4 nights at the RC Dallas on a business trip. The hotel was within 10 minutes walking distance to the major office towers in downtown Dallas. The walk is ok on a nice day. Check in is was very efficient. The front entrance is guarded by door men and valets, so lots of attention is given to arriving guests.... more

I stayed at the Ritz for one night during a recent business trip. I was upgraded to a junior suite upon check-in. The suite was huge. It included a front hall with coffee service area, a living room space (sofa, arm chair, coffee table), a king bed, and then a hallway which leads to the large closet and large bathroom.... more

This was my second stay at the Ritz Dallas and much has improved since December. The club level food was GOOD and much more abundant and substantial. The evening cocktail offerings were impressive.
