This is a refreshing room in a historical building. Like other Indigo hotels, the rooms are nicely decorated. I had a suite and plenty of space. Breakfast at the restaurant was fine and they were very accommodating to all requests. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance as well. I would definitely stay here again. More

(My opinion obviously:) Hotel Indigos are inherently poorly designed; the nautical/country theme frankly doesn't work for me. The bedding is of a 1-2 star hotel quality - not 3-3.5 star. I stay here due to price and convenient location but the hotel is mediocre at best. It has new paint but the lack of cleanliness leaves you quesitoning your decision to stay here. In addition, the menu for room service is lack luster. I highly recommend paying a bit more and stay at the Adolphus or the new OMNI. More

While the outside of the hotel is a bit bland, the inside is very nicely decorated and furnished. Reception staff is attentive and keen to help. The complimentary shuttle is a great help in getting to various tourist sites and the drivers are helpful with advice and suggestions, particularly Franklin. This hotel has obviously been recently completely renovated and redecorated, everything new and sharp. The location is right downtown, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, with a living room and very comfortable bed. Really nothing but good to say. More

$100 got us a plush queen size bed, side room with couch, tv and chairs, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Great shower, free shuttle to/from area activities and very friendly staff.
