I stayed at this hotel in May 2013, on a 2 day work trip. The location was good, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast was superb. The rooms had good finishing's, and I was really impressed. The most amazing thing was the fitness room and spa. They have group classes available, and the spa was fantastic.

This usually excellent property has hit on hard times. Rooms are tired and dirty, service levels have deteriorated and due to a lack of soundproofing, neighboring loud construction interferes with sleep. I would avoid this former 5 star property until management addresses a lackluster staff and a rehab of rooms and public areas takes place.

I'm in Dallas quite often visiting my sister. We have had the opportunity to stay at the Crescent our last few visits. The staff is always eager to help and accommodates our requests. We have especially enjoy the pool, spa and fitness areas! The Rosewood Crescent has set a new standard of service for my family!
