Booked a soccer team with the hotel my contacts name was Lavonna. From the start things did not go right. Never returned my calles or emails. My soccer team did not get the room types we asked for. She told me to call her boss who did nothing and was rude. Rooms were old and smelled. Never again. more

My son stayed in the hotel and from the minute he drove his vehicle in and parked in the front by the main door he had a bad feeling! His vehicle was broken into the next morning even though they had 2 full-time security guards present along with video cameras! It was an inside job! They have had several break-ins... more

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were a nice size, great beds, quite comfortable! Not much of a view outside (unless you like to watch traffic!) The indoor pool was clean but smaller. Room service was fine; good food. The breakfast buffet was pretty tatsy. Really can't complain about the place at all. The staff were friendly and attentive. more

Just got back from 4 nights at the Crowne Plaza Suites. First time we've stayed there but have stayed at the Westin across the street, and Hilton Suites, Hilton Lincoln Center, Westin, Marriott, Renaissance, and Intercontinental in the Galleria area.
