This is a fantastic hotel, with everything you need. The rooms are huge, so there's plenty of space to move around. The breakfast selections are fabulous, and the Manager's reception is great. The staff was extra friendly and helpful. We had a delightful stay and would definitely come back.

This hotel housed me on my stay at Dallas. Very good hotel and the amenities were resonable as well. Quite close to the market place and the city center. The hotel had a drop service to the market place as well. This was close to my office space as well which was very convenient. Friendly staff as well.

This recently renovated hotel is truly amazing but the real winner here is the staff!! Everyone I came in contact with was had that smile and confident nature about them you could clearly sense they loved thier job and took great pride in the customer service they provided!!

Close to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, the attitude, friendliness and service were all outstanding. I originally selected this hotel based on it proximity to the medical school hoping to walk to the meetings, but there did not appear to be a safe walking patt way across due to the freeway and frontage roads and no side walk.... I have stayed at the hotel to attend a convention, Location is right in front of the freeway with no walking access to any restaurants or convenience shops. Very isolated. Dark room, with no windows looking to the street. Noisy in the early morning with smell of breakfast eggs and bacon entering the room. Attentive personnel at the reception desk.
