Within very close proximity to the hotel we encountered panhandling and urine smelling walkways. The hotel itself was dated and had poor air quality - it smelled moldy. There was lots of coughing and sneezing. The hotel really needs to be updated.

We were going to stay more towards uptown but hotels were much more so we decided to stay here. Super glad we did. It was one block from bars, clubs, and restaurants.
