Nightmare experience. We tried to check in early, knowing that we would be returning late in the evening, but could not. We returned to the hotel at 11:30 p.m. to find a lobby full of people waiting on their rooms. The hotel was fully booked, and the rooms were not cleaned yet. The person behind the desk was rude and... more

We were supposed to origionally stay at the Best Western, Market Centre, but their a/c was broken down, so they relocated us to The Quality Inn for the same rate. We went to check in, and there was a little bit of confusion to why we were checking in there under Best Western. Once it got sorted out, we checked... more

I have stayed at this hotel twice this month, once for the apparel market and once for the gift show. Each time I booked two rooms - one for me and one for an employee. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable both times. I had a hard time turning on the water in the sink and the... more

My husband and I along with our sister & brother-in-law stayed here for a 3 night stay. Honestly I wouldn't come back. It was overall an OK experience, but the cleanliness and general upkeep of the hotel was something to be desired. It wasn't dirty, but definitely not well tended to. Management? It didn't look like there was any, at... more

Memories of our stay at this Quality Inn in April 2006 include: 1) Hearing the room next door getting broken into while we were watching "Dallas SWAT" on TV. It looked like they punched through the glass window to get in. The whole building was not secure. Swipe card access at the rear of the building was broken. On the... more

This hotel was a loser under Holiday Inn's name...and still is. Thought it might have gotten better. Staff is rather disorganized and not very professional. Market shuttle completely undependable. (I had to take cabs every time over to the market center). Seven of us waited for the shuttle to pick us up at market and no one ever came. When... more

Ok well let me start off by saying they STOLE my laptop. Yeah they did the Key test and as i expected - everything came out pointing to ME. Only my key entered the room, what a coinsidence. Im not surprised. When i went to the Front desk and let them know what happened, they looked at each other as... more

This hotel is old and tired and in serious need of a makeover. The beds are cheap and springy and the carpet is disgusting. Also, the hotel is not very secure as anyone could break the glass on your room and have their way with you. When shutting the door to your room the whole place shakes. In fact my... more

The name is deceiving. It was anything but quality. It is in an industrial park off the beaten path. There is no market place around. It's isolated. And the rooms are filthy. What a disappointment . If this is 3star hotel I would hate to see 2 star hotel. Clients were so disappointed. As an agent I relied on the... more

I liked this hotel, it was spacious, clean, we had internet, we even got to do our laundry during our 10-day trip. My only complaints - the hotel is kind of like a maze. Ice machines on the first and third floor only and it's kind of a journey to get to, but it's ice, who cares. The people were... more
