The outside of the hotel is impressive - although it needs some lights and a sign in my opinion. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are not so hot. The TV's are very outdated and the workspace is TINY and has a very hard uncomfortable chair. The concierge wasn't very informative, he didn't know directions, cab phone numbers, approximate... more

We stayed in the Hyatt Regency Dallas in mid-April for three nights. The purpose of our stay was for a tournament held at the nearby convention center. Customer service was excellent. Hyatt Gold Passport members have a dedicated line for check-in and customer service. Room size was adequate - not too small, not overly large. Rooms were modern and well... more

Booked the hotel on priceline, so I can't very well complain about the quality since I got a really good deal. However, this hotel basically sucks. The location is decent, the staff was friendly, and overall, I had a decent experience. However, there were a few too many "cons" with this hotel. For one, our shower made this awful/high-pitched sound... more

We stayed here for a family wedding. The rooms were clean. We requested a quiet room through the gold passport program, which I would highly recommend since the train tracks are right outside. We did indeed get a very quiet room. This is a very busy convention/business hotel. Self parking is across the street in a gated city lot. I... more

Our bathroom was not clean (use your imagination), lobby was hot hot hot. The hotel is very worn and very dated. Elevators had trash in them. Breakfast was less than desirable. I got a very inexpensive rate but if I hadn't, I would have asked for compensation. Internet was 10. a night. Valet parking was 20.00 per night too The... more

There was a Pro Scout Convention going on, which made the hotel very crowded. there were teens everywhere (which is a minus, for me personally). This hotel is connected to the Convention Center, so beware, it wll be a busy hotel. If you will be attending a convention, then this is your place. We were forewarned that the valet is... more

I stayed at Hyatt Regency in Dallas because my daughter was invited to a ProScout Convention & it was convienent but if I would not have chosen this hotel otherwise! 1st, wifi is not free & what's up with that? Its obvious this is a business hotel! My master bedroom at home is bigger than the 2 queen bed room... more

Disappointed considering the cost of rooms and it being a Hyatt. Stayed here for a conference but would never pay to stay here out of pocket as it's not worth the price. I stayed here for two nights and although my room/bathroom was cleaned after the first night, I was not given new supplies for the bathroom which has never... more

We stayed at this hotel for the White Rock Marathon in December of 2008. There were a lot of people, but we did not hear a lot of noise from our room. The room was huge, and the bathroom was nice. However, adjusting the temperature of the water for the shower was very tricky; the handle was very sensitive. Room... more

I was attending a professional meeting at the Convention Centerand was assigned this hotel, which was our headquarters hotel. It was close to the Conv. Center, but we had shuttles, so I am not sure about the walk. Suggestions in the reviews were great. I asked for a room away from the railroad tracks and not on the atrium. Someone... more
