Poor hospitality service - none at all on one day. Had to call at 5pm for towels,etc. Pool closed for renovation - bad luck for the kids. So -so restaurant. Not worth the $250 a night average stay. Front desk should have let me know about all the renovations when I called - I would have made other arrangements. more
