The hotel is very beautiful both inside and out. I liked the layout of the room. It was peaceful, the bed was comfortable, and the lighting was just right to relax. Very nice, great rooms, friendly staff and one of the nicest showers I've ever seen. The breakfast was very expensive we ordered 2 breakfast to the room that cost us $61.. Great Location and very close to Addison and backs onto the Galleria Shopping so your sorted..We will be coming back but not ordering breakfast.. more

We were very disappointed and concerned. When we came back to our room to relax and go to sleep, the room air conditioner would not cool the room, so we had engineering come up and fix it. I expect Westin to be a cut above and this hotel meets the criteria. Room was oversized. Plenty of space. Large windows. Updated Bathroom. Clean. Comfortable. Modern. But boring.
