The staff is extremely lazy and rude! I paid extra for laundry service, but every time I asked for clean towels or sheets, the staff rolled their eyes and acted inconvenienced. I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in October. It was clean, safe and comfortable. It's no frills but met all my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was kept very clean and tidy. It was just off I-35 and within walking distance to a number or casual restaurants.
