I'm quite familiar with Holiday Inn Express hotels and this is about the best I've stayed in. I was very happy with everything, with one exception. The treadmills in the fitness center were very old, out-of-date and/or broken. These need to be replaced. Everything else though was fantastic. more
Of all the hotels in Eagle Pass, this would be your safest bet. The surroundings aren't much to look at, but the inside of the hotel is what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express, and after staying in this particular one several times over the years, I've really had no complaints. more
Pros: 1. Big continental breakfast offered here: cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, waffles (the kind you pop in a toaster), plus all the usual suspects. This room also doubles as a sort of lounge area, with a big screen TV against one wall, surrounded by several chairs and a couch. Very comfortable. 2. Room was clean and in excellent condition.... more
