Stayed here for A&M/Arkansas football weekend. Hotel is beautiful and room was large with beautiful antiques. Made you feel like you were stepping back in time to a more rustic era. Stockyard area had many bars to visit (try the one on the other side of the intersection that is below the street). The weekend was busy, but plenty of... more

If you want the whole cowboy texas feel, I would suggest you stay here. If your not looking for that then go else where. The rooms where nice, but when i checked in and out with my boss, the lady at the front desk was very rude everytime we dealt with her. So she must be related to the owner... more

First day, sink did not work, a/c thermostat did not work, 64 degrees all 4 days, drain pipe in ceiling over tub dripped water continously, these were never fixed despite reporting them. No coffee available except for small pot in room. This hotel is okay, has no amenities, is not worth the price. more

The Stockyards Hotel is a must do if you want to experience the old west atmosphere of Fort Worth. Part of the charm is also a bit of the limitation however. The rooms are not especially nice but are charming in their decor. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very nice. To truly experience the stockyard area, I highly... more

I had no idea, when I registered, that the street side rooms ( there are 10 of them ) are so noisey. I complained when I was checking out and that is when they told me "Yes, we've had some complaints about noise in those rooms" Too bad, so sad - I will not stay again. more

The Stockyards District is a total tourist trap but as long as you go expecting that, it should be ok. If anything I didn't think this place was cheesy enough - we got put in a Victorian room, which had no Wild West aspect at all - it was like an old fashioned English seaside B & B. I thought... more

We had a room on the street which was good. The location is brilliant if you want to visit the Stockyards area. There are lots of good bars in easy walking distance. There is efficient valet parking . A couple of warnings... in our room there was a really dangerous step between the bedroom area and the bathroom which could... more

Just returned from our stay at The Stockyards Hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it! The history of the place was absolutely enchanting, including the wavy 101 year old floors. Decor was charming. The room was very spacious, pretty, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The housekeeper was very gracious as i had to switch out the down pillows... more

My partner and I went to Fort Worth to see Loretta Lynn at Billy Bob's Texas and stayed in the Bonnie and Clyde suite. We had wanted to stay in this suite in particular for a long time, but it was booked everytime we tried to get it. It was so worth the wait. We are both Texas boys and love... more
