We've been coming here for years and though we enjoyed it in the past, we are glad there is new ownership as things seem even better than before. Plan to take some time here at the Herb Farm to relax and walk around if you aren't staying here. We love the spa options too - the hot stone massage is... more

I don't know where the other reviewers stayed, but it wasn't here. The lodgings were wonderful. Quite charming and comfortable. The food was unbelievable!! I haven't had a meal that good since I was in London. However, I was very disappointed to hear that the personal care products I was planning to purchase as corporate gifts are being discontinued. Whoever... more

Cold, dreary.... Food, $7 for a slice of quiche the size of a deck of playing cards with a sprig of rosemary and a sliver of cantaloupe. No salads, slow service. Very limited menu as the "cooks were out" on Tues and Wednes. Waitress was also cook, hostess and cashier. Will not try again...very disappointing experience. more

From the website and for the price, I expected a first rate b&b. I booked this as a romantic weekend getaway.I was very excited upon entering the first night. Bill, the manager was very friendly and helpful. The food treys were nice. The bed was comfortable and clean. However, in the daylight, it was a different story. The windows had... more

My friends and I did the whole experience with the spa and bed and breakfast. I do agree that the service in the restaurant was slow, but the food was fresh and good, however, expect 25 minutes for a burger. The treys made by the chef for our room were a welcome plus, however, our cottage was so full of... more

My wife and I went there in June and had a great Sunday Lunch. It was very busy and the service was a little slow. We think there was only one waitress and the owner (who probably was waiting tables for the first time) that were taking orders. A woman (the chef) came and apologized for the wait when she... more

The B&B was great! The owner enthusiastically took us to the house. We had a cheese and cracker plate in the fridge as well as wine, fresh OJ, and quiche for breakfast. The weekend was relaxing and peaceful. We ate at the Herb Farm restaurant, but wished we had dined elsewhere. The food is overpriced for the quality and the... more

The "hours of operation" at the restaraunt are not followed, they close without warning, even if you have a reservation. I wouldn't plan on dining here unless you're stay at the BnB so you can see whether or not they're "open for business:" Property was peaceful after a 15 minute long detour around construction, but I would have rathered them... more

We had lunch reservations and after driving 2 hours, we arrived 10 minutes after our scheduled reservation and were turned away because they were planning for a large party later that night. We mentioned that we were driving this distance when we placed the reservation and we arrived before they were scheduled to close. No good excuse for this action.... more
