The Almost Home Guest House in Fredericksburg is a nice litte place. It's located on Main St. in the town but it's a little bit of a walk to get there (half mile tops). We walked everyday down to the shops/bars/restaurants and had a great time. It's very convenient to several of the wineries (drivable) and Fredericksburg Winery is just about 1/4 mile away. Enchanted Rock is about a 20 minute drive away and well worth it (if you don't mind a little hike).

We rented Suite A (the larger of the two with a hot tub). It's not a B&B. We never saw the owners and no breakfast was provided (that's what we wanted). It's fairly private. It has a full kitchen and everything you could think of was provided. The beds were comfy and it did kind of feel a little bit like home.
